A look inside my purse

Wednesday

I'm a bag lady. I can never just carry around my wallet. Sometimes I feel like Mary Poppins with all the things I carry around. In fact, when I babysit I always bring a separate craft bag packed full of crafty gold. Maybe I'll do another post for that bag. :3

Lucky for me though, I just switched back to my LEGO purse last week. So there hasn't been much time for me to fill it up with crap.

What's in my purse:
  • My current book: Zombie Survival Guide.
  • my wallet
  • FLUXX Monty Python Edition
  • plastic hair clip
  • Sunglasses
  • my Nikon point-n-shoot camera.
  • pencil sharpener
  • 31 cents, a bottle-cap and a costume ring.
  • an empty Tokidoki Marvel Blind-box (I got Rogue!)
  • a Shiba photo stamp for Steph
  • hand lotion
  • my ticket stub The Avengers 3D
  • spare hair tie

Not Pictured:
  • My phone
  • water bottle
  • my brush (it was full of hair so I omitted it)

The Shiba photo-stamp was too cute and only cost me $1. Come get it Steph!!

The costume ring is from a set that I got for $3 at Forever 21. I use it as a back-up in case I've left the house without  my engagement ring on.

Seriously, I love everything about this purse. Jeremy got it for me this past Christmas/Hanukkah and I've used it the majority of the time since. I get so many compliments. Both children and adults have to let me know how "cool" it is.

What's the strangest thing currently in your purse?

  1. I had a chocolate medal - it was like a chocolate coin but the size of an olympic medal - I didn't get to eat it but I think the coin had smashed to bits in the bottom of my handbag so I need to have a clear out lol.

  2. OMG!!! LEGO purse! So epic. ♥ I basically ONLY carry my wallet around, unless I'm going extreme shopping (aka: food or household stuff, that I'm getting a lot of), than I bring a bag with stuff like a mini calculator, notepad, shopping list, pen, wallet and maybe some chapstick.

If I have one with me, I also bring a camera. :P

I do, however, adore BIG bags and I LOVE messenger bags. That last one especially for bike riding to the store. It's so easy to sling around my neck and left arm, and I kinda like the look. :P
