Bento is seriously the best

I seriously can't believe how easy and fun it is to pack a bento style lunch for work. Today I opened the fridge and thought "there is absolutely nothing to eat". Looking a little closer, I realized a little-bit of all our leftovers was all I needed to pack a bento

All I do at work is daydream about eating my lunch. <3

Today's Meal

 I bought these fig preserves a while back and have been looking for tons of excuses to use them. Adding them on the egg might sound weird, but it was so delicious!! I even ate some on a vegan patty this morning and it was pretty good! :D

Here's my recipe for curried egg. The figs make it so sweet and delicious.

Curied Egg with Fig.

• 1 Large egg.
• 1/4 teaspoon of curry (I just add a few shakes)
• pinch of Cayenne

Scramble in a skillet on medium-high with spray-butter (I used PAM)
Top with preserves or chili sauce.
