We survived!

Well, we survived the Icepocaylpse of Dallas-Fort Worth. Cabin fever almost got to us this weekend, as our cars were stuck in a couple of inches worth of ice. But we managed to get out last night long enough to get groceries and braved the roads this morning for a two hours drive to the office.

I have plenttyyyyyyy oh photos from this weekend on my to-edit pile so hopefully I can get to work on those tonight. But for now, I'm going to take solace in the fact that I am wearing 3 layers of clothes and sitting in my office chair.

Have a warm, safe and happy Monday everyone!

  3. What's all that white stuff on the ground? #spoiledcalifornian

Really though, glad you guys are safe! Even in Oakland it's gotten down into the low 30's/high 20's which is absurd. Walking the dog has been a big to-do each evening, mostly because I tend to whine about the cold than the pup ever has about anything... if I see snow this year, I think I will probably squeal and cry at the same time.
